Shipping & Returns

Our Shipping
We aim to get each and every wooly hat crafted and sent out via Royal Mail within 1 to 2 business days. This is whether you are based in the UK or somewhere a little less rainy!

If you are based in the UK, lucky you! You can have your wooly hat delivered for FREE!

We do have a Royal Mail Tracked 24 option for UK orders as well if you'd like to keep an extra eye on your delivery.

For international orders, we want to make sure you receive your item and therefore we only offer International Tracked & Signed. This costs a little extra for this, but we both will have peace of mind in case the worst happens and your item gets lost over the Atlantic or Pacific Oceans.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
For UK orders we offer 2 options:
Royal Mail (2 to 3 working days, including saturdays) - Free
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Next working day delivery aim - £3.95

For orders to the USA
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (3 - 11 working days) - £12.45

For orders anywhere else in the world we offer 1 option:
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (3 - 11 working days) - £11.45

RETURNS

How do I return an item?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return*.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@baileysbespoke.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll kindly ask you to return your item in it's original packaging, and we will refund you the order value plus the return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Unfortunately, we are not of a large enough company to offer free returns! We ask that the return postage is paid for, but will be refunded if the fault lies with us. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What is theTrawler style?
The Trawler Style, also known as the fishermen hat, is a wooly hat with a reduced profile designed to comfortably sit just above the ears. We sometimes refer to this style as our small size hat.
What is the Beanie fit style?
The Beanie Style hat is an iconic style ideal for everyday use. The all-rounder is a firm favourite for wooly hat wearers keeping your head and ears cozy and warm. This style is also known as our medium size hat
What is the Slack fit style?
We first introduced the Slack Fit Style hat to provide that extra bit of warmth, as it can sit well over the ears. Although we now find it to be a perfect style for those with larger heads, longer hair or even dreadlocks. To make life easy, we call this style our large size hat.
