We aim to get each and every item crafted and dispatch via Royal Mail within 1 to 2 business days.
If you are based in the UK, lucky you! You can have your order delivered for FREE!
We do have a Royal Mail Tracked 24 option for UK orders as well if you'd like to keep an extra eye on your delivery.
For international orders, we want to make sure you receive your item and therefore we only offer International Tracked & Signed for that peace of mind.

Pre Order Items
As we release new, thoughtfully designed goods, we use a pre order processing time of up to 4 weeks allowing us to handcraft orders to perfection.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return*.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@baileysbespoke.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll kindly ask you to return your item in it's original packaging, and we will refund you the order value. Unfortunately, as a small business, we cannot offer a 'Free Returns' policy and are unable to refund on the return shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

And we believe that working with our hands and actually making something from scratch is a form of escapism. From stress. Anxiety. Noise. And the everyday hussle.
But it's more then just our own adventures.
After years of crafting we have realize that making each wooly hat one at a time is not the most efficient. Sometimes an hour can be spent just spinning the yarns. However, if this is all it takes for you to have a warm wooly hat that lasts you a lifetime of adventures...
We think that's some time very well spent.
